Dark Horse Lavender & Herb Farm
Dark Horse Lavender & Herb Farm grew from a lifelong love of the land—of soil, sunlight, and the quiet magic of watching things grow. After years in corporate life, the founder returned to Eastern Washington to build something rooted in purpose and possibility.
What began with just a few hundred lavender plants near a historic milking shed has evolved into a thoughtfully tended farm shaped by resilience, curiosity, and care. Lavender thrives here in the dry climate, and herbs soon followed—valued not only for their beauty, but for their role in everyday well-being.
Named after the first horse ever owned by the founder—Andyday, a steady presence and symbol of strength—Dark Horse Lavender & Herb Farm reflects the balance of grace, grit, and patience found in both farming and life. Each product is grown and crafted with deep respect for the land and the stories it holds.
