Our Policies
Flower Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality and freshness of every arrangement that leaves our studio. Your flowers are guaranteed to last at least two full days from the time they’re received, provided they are cared for as recommended.
If you notice browning, wilting, or any sign of early decline within that time, we will gladly replace the flowers at no charge. Replacement arrangements must be picked up from the shop, and we may request a photo to help us understand what happened.
We want every bouquet to be something you feel proud to send — and delighted to receive.
Delivery Guarantee
All orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery. Orders placed after that time may be delivered the following business day. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, our regular delivery window is 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
If you need delivery at a specific time, please call the shop — we can often accommodate your request for a small additional fee.
Delivery Quality
Every arrangement is hand-delivered by our own team — never shipped or left to third-party couriers. We carefully confirm all addresses to ensure accuracy and safety. If no one is home and it’s safe to do so, we may leave the flowers in a shaded, secure location and notify the recipient that they’re waiting.
We only leave deliveries unattended if the temperature is mild both day and night to protect the integrity of your arrangement. Your flowers deserve care from start to finish — and we take that promise seriously.
Out-of-Town Orders
Our website is designed for local Spokane County deliveries to ensure every order meets our quality standards. For deliveries outside our area, we’re happy to coordinate through a trusted partner florist for a $10 processing fee. Simply give us a call, and we’ll handle the rest.
Refunds & Replacements
Because flowers are perishable and custom-made for each order, we cannot offer full refunds once an arrangement has been created or delivered. However, if something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the concern and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Peters and Sons Flowers will never sell or share your personal information. We use your contact details solely to fulfill your orders, provide updates, and, with your permission, share occasional emails about offerings or events.
All transactions are processed securely, and any stored information is handled with care and confidentiality.
