What are your delivery fees?
Our local delivery fee is $16 for addresses within 10 miles of our Spokane shop.
Deliveries beyond 10 miles (but within Spokane County) include a small $5 distance fee.
This structure allows us to ensure each order receives the same level of care, no matter how far it travels.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, for orders placed before 11:00 AM PST. Orders placed after that will be delivered the following business day.
Do you deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?
Yes. We regularly deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, cemeteries, and places of worship across Spokane County. Please provide complete address details and any special instructions to ensure a smooth delivery.
What if no one is home for delivery?
If weather permits, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location and notify the recipient. However, during periods of extreme heat (above 85°F) or cold (below 50°F), we do not leave arrangements unattended to preserve their quality. In such cases, we will reach out to coordinate in-store pickup or a redelivery time.
How do I care for my fresh flowers?
To help your arrangement last as long as possible, keep it in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Refresh the water every 2–3 days, trimming the stems slightly at an angle each time. If your bouquet arrives in floral foam, add a bit of water daily to keep it hydrated.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Absolutely. While our Everyday Floral designs are crafted with seasonal blooms, we’re happy to accommodate preferences in flower types, color palettes, or occasion. Simply select a “Designer’s Choice” arrangement and include your requests in the note box at checkout.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Each bouquet is crafted with care using the freshest flowers available. Occasionally, we may need to make substitutions due to seasonal availability or quality concerns. When this happens, we always maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of your arrangement — ensuring it’s as beautiful and thoughtful as intended.
Do you offer floral subscriptions?
Not quite yet — but we’re close! We’re currently building out a new membership program that will let you set up recurring flower deliveries for yourself or others, so you can enjoy beautiful, seasonal arrangements on your schedule.
We’ll also be offering specialized gifting memberships for businesses — including options for employee appreciation, client thank-yous, and standing floral installations for offices. These will come with features like concierge service, special pricing, and simplified ordering.

Do you offer wedding florals?
While we do not offer full-service wedding installations, we’re happy to design handheld bouquets or small floral pieces for elopements and intimate celebrations.
Can I return or reuse a vase?
We welcome the return of clean vases or containers. Whether they’re from a previous order or your personal collection, we’re happy to repurpose them for future arrangements and reduce waste.
Do you accept requests for charitable donations?
